Rebecca Coker is the founder and principal of Cresvara Partners, where she helps mission-driven leaders align strategy, finance, and operations.

With more than 25 years in process design and change readiness — including 18 years in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors — Rebecca brings analytic depth, systems thinking, and values-driven leadership to her work on financial infrastructure, budgeting, and decision-making. As a former Principal at BDO, she led multimillion-dollar portfolios strengthening the financial health and operational infrastructure of nonprofits. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she brings data fluency and operational discipline to every engagement.

Rebecca currently serves on the boards of the Women's Cancer Resource Center and The Progress XChange. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MPA from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
