The Jim Joseph Foundation is committed to learning what elements create the most effective professional development experiences for leaders and educators who work in the Jewish nonprofit sector, with the goal of enabling many more people to have access to them.

In 2022, the Foundation began experimenting with Chavurot for mid-career and executive-level leaders and is now expanding this program to additional cohorts after seeing strong evidence of the value it can provide to its participants.
