As an interim CFO and trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and CFO/COO, she specializes in guiding nonprofits through organizational change, building sustainable financial systems, and ensuring mission-aligned decision-making.
She combines technical expertise with executive coaching, empowering leaders to leverage data confidently and strategically. Liz is a co-author of Financial Leadership for Nonprofit Executives: Guiding Your Organization to Long-Term Success (Wilder) and has trained hundreds of nonprofit leaders through CompassPoint workshops and conferences. She has also taught Nonprofit Financial Management at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and the University of San Francisco.
