Lisa Colton is the founder of Darim Consulting, LLC and Darim Online (501c3), offering consulting, coaching, and facilitation to help leaders navigate generational change, evolving models of leadership, and the influence of technology on community building and engagement.

A trained systems thinker, Lisa enjoys adaptive challenges and working with leaders willing to take risks and develop new approaches to complex problems. She is known for her view that "communications isn't just talking about your work, it IS the work."

Lisa is a graduate of Stanford University and the Pardes Institute for Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. She serves on the boards of Jewish Family Service of Greater Seattle and The Institute for Jewish Spirituality, and is a partner at the Kavana Cooperative in Seattle, where she was born and raised.
