Jaime Rapaport Barry

Jaime Rapaport Barry is the Founder + Principal of JRB Group, a strategy and branding agency that specializes in helping organizations align and evolve during critical moments of change. Jaime has provided strategic guidance to organizations like the Social Innovation and Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School, Dayenu, One Degree, NewGround: A Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change, Executive Service Corps of Southern California, and the Institute for Sustainable Communities.
Prior to founding JRB Group, Jaime served as Chief of Staff & Brand Strategy at UpStart, where she oversaw organizational culture, brand, and communications. Jaime has served as a Communications Specialist for a healthcare workers union, SEIU-UHW, and she played a leadership role on the team that tripled the size of the Progressive Jewish Alliance (now "Bend the Arc"), a political advocacy organization. Jaime also co-launched NewGround: A Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change, a nationally renowned fellowship program introduced by the Los Angeles Mayor and featured on American Public Media.
A trained mediator and facilitator across difference, Jaime brings a spirit of optimism and nuance to the complexity of strategic decision-making. She received training in mediation and negotiation from Harvard, navigating polarities through Andiron, and facilitating courageous political conversations with Resetting the Table. She currently serves as a coach with Resetting the Table, facilitating courageous political conversations for a wide range of constituencies–from Hollywood directors to faith leaders of multiple traditions.
