Jackie Baldwin (she/her) is JCUA's first-ever Director of Antiracism & Equity, a role she took on in 2022. A lifelong Chicagoan, Jackie joined the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs staff in 2019 and first led its Fair Tax campaign.

She then took on the work of the Community Safety Committee and its campaigns for Empowering Communities for Public Safety (ECPS) and Treatment Not Trauma. Jackie is also a co-founder of the Kol Or Jews of Color Caucus.
