Chavurot

Bringing together Jewish leaders in uncertain times

Chavurot is a cohort-based support for emerging and executive Jewish leaders navigating complexity, crisis, and change.

As the ground around us shifts, leadership can feel lonelier than ever. Chavurot was built to meet that moment by creating circles of trust where Jewish nonprofit professionals journey together for 18 months in carefully selected cohorts, made up of peers who understand their world and share their challenges.

What Is Chavurot?

Chavurot is a proven model for facilitated and peer-led, cohort-based professional development. Rooted in Jewish wisdom and community practice, it brings together trusted groups of 8–12 leaders for curated learning, shared challenges, and meaningful growth—both personal and professional.
