Diana Dvora Falchuk (she/ella) is a mother, artist, facilitator, activist, strategist, coach, and policymaker, and serves as a senior advisor with Diaspora Alliance. A white, Ashkenazi Jew of Venezuelan descent, Diana has spent more than 25 years working across grassroots groups, government, philanthropy, universities, arts, movement, and Jewish organizations to build racial and social justice and advance multiracial democracy.

From 2011 to 2021, she served as a strategic advisor for the City of Seattle Race and Social Justice Initiative, and today a significant part of her work supports people in the U.S. and internationally to understand, heal from, and dismantle antisemitism. Her approach integrates strategy with mindful, embodied, and spiritual practice, informed by training in Intergroup Dialogue, IFS for Coaches, and Mussar.

Jewish history, languages, and spirituality run throughout her artwork, including her 2025 solo exhibition, Reshimu, at Gallery Culture.
